A purpose built 47 bed care home in a prime location. The property had recently closed and was sold to a regional provider who plans to re-open the service.

A High quality 58 bed care home set in extensive and beautifully landscaped gardens. The property was predominantly purpose built with an excellent trading history.

An excellent care home development site within an affluent market town. Demographics were highly supportive with good demand for beds. Halo Care provided a key role assiting throughout the design ans planning process. Sold to an expanding corporate operator.

A group of two high quality prime purpose built care homes. Both homes beneffited from superb levels of trade and were sold to an established operator backed by a London based private equity fund. Halo Care provided a key role assiting throughout this complex share transaction. Similar property required.
HAL 163 – Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire
A 1.5 acre development site situated within a prime and affluent Bucks market town. Sold subject to planning for a beautfilly designed 60 bed care home. Demographics were highly supportive with strong catchment and excellent access to staffing from nearby Milton Keynes. A 5 year project for a not for profits provider as part of a re-provision exercise.

A high quality purpose built care home within a densely populated location. The property was sold by way of a sale and leaseback strategy to a major UK based pension fund. Halo Care provided a pivotal supporting role advising on all aspects of this investment transaction.

An attractive 50 bed period conversion nursing home located in the centre of Bedford. Having been established for over 70 years, selling was a difficult decision. Halo Care sold the business off market and in complete secrecy.

An exceptionally high quality care home development site in one of the most affluent towns in the UK. Sites of this calibre being difficult to source, Halo Care found the opportunity and acquired the site on behalf of a US backed corrporate provider. Sold subject to planning for a 64 bed scheme.
